This is a marketing and informational website. It describes our product, our approach, and our current fundraise. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, a binding offer of services, or a commitment to provide anything.

Descriptions of pricing, capabilities, timelines, and roadmap are indicative and may change without notice. Any actual engagement is governed by a signed agreement between us, and that agreement takes precedence over anything stated here.

The site offers two forms: one to enquire about a pilot engagement, and one to request our investor materials. When you use either, you agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own details, or details you are authorised to share.

• Submitting a form does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on either side.
• We may decline to respond to, or to act on, any enquiry, at our discretion.
• Do not submit confidential information through these forms. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing, and do not use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Materials we send in response to a deck request are provided for your evaluation only. They are confidential, and you agree not to redistribute or publish them without our written permission.

Those materials are informational. They are not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment would be made only through definitive documentation and in accordance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its API, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping, flooding the enquiry endpoint, or circumventing rate limits.
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The content of this site — text, design, photography, diagrams, and the Lockframe name and mark — is owned by GenerationIX LLC or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to this site. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement or partnership, without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in that date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
